Recently I came across a Indian family where 4 siblings
three brothers and one sister……all working all the three brothers are obese but
the girl is fit …..howcome as all are having same genotype or same environment why the difference????
Deep probe reveals the answer as it is a typical of Indian family
where female expected to do the all the household chores…..so due to constant
working schedule of that female she remained healthy, where as her brothers all
three became victims of obesity associated illness like diabetes, hypertension
and heart attack
Moral of the story:
do not neglect the menial looking household works as it gives you the opportunity
to live healthy. If you have a maid , get rid of her now!!!!!!!!
